Project Description: Alpine Credit Union is a 25,368 square foot office and primary credit union branch location. The mechanical systems consist of a VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system with four (4) outdoor units, six (6) branch controllers and associated refrigerant piping system providing a total of eighty-four (84) tons of nominal cooling capacity for fifty-nine (59) refrigerant fancoil and ceiling cassette units, five (5) ductless split system cooling units, one (1) dedicated energy recovery ventilator, Mitsubishi controls, one (1) exhaust fan and three (3) electric wall heaters.
