Project Description: Trilogy Medical Center is a 10,553 square foot medical center and office building located in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. The mechanical systems consist of thirteen (13) gas/electric rooftop units providing forty-one (41) nominal tons of cooling, one (1) roof mounted exhaust fan, three (3) ceiling mounted exhaust fans, seven (7) room side accessible HEPA fan filter units for procedure rooms, two (2) ductless split system cooling units and galvanized steel ductwork.
