Project Description: Lindon Tech building 5 is a 50,808 square foot, two level, office shell building. The mechanical system consists of a VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system with six (6) outdoor units, six (6) branch controllers and associated refrigerant piping system providing a total of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) tons of nominal cooling capacity for future tenant improvement as well as twelve (12) fancoil units installed to serve the building shell and core areas, one (1) dedicated energy recovery ventilator, one (1) ductless split system, one (1) electric wall heater and Trane Summit DDC controls.
