Mechanical systems include one (1) split system furnace and condensing unit, two (2) ceiling mounted exhaust fans, galvanized steel ductwork, three (3) wall exhaust fans, two (2) destratification fans, one (1) radiant tube heater, one (1) gas fired unit heater, gas detection, piping and plumbing.
