Project Description: AE Urbia is a 9,270 square foot office building for an architecture and engineering firm. The mechanical systems consist of five (5) packaged gas/electric rooftop units and two (2) split system furnaces/condensing units with a combined total of thirty (30) nominal tons of cooling, galvanized steel ductwork, five (5) exhaust fans, two (2) electric wall heaters and one (1) ductless split system cooling unit.
