Project Description: BDO 570 – Home Depot Bulk Distribution Center is a 256,203 square foot tilt-up concrete office/warehouse building. The warehouse/distribution area mechanical systems include six (6) direct-fired natural gas space heaters, six (6) natural gas fired unit heaters, twelve (12) 25,000 CFM roof mounted exhaust fans, fifteen (15) wall louvers with motorized dampers and ten (10) twenty-four foot (24’) diameter circulation fans. The office mechanical systems consist of four (4) packaged gas/electric rooftop units providing twelve (12) nominal tons of cooling, galvanized steel ductwork, two (2) ducted split system cooling units, three (3) roof mounted exhaust fans, and three (3) electric wall heaters.
