Project Description: BDO 961 – Wayfair is a 299,773 square foot tilt-up concrete office/warehouse building located in the Business Depot Ogden. The warehouse/distribution area mechanical systems include twenty (20) natural gas fired blower type unit heaters and five (5) twenty-foot (20’) diameter HVLS fans. The office mechanical systems consist of three (3) packaged gas/electric rooftop units providing seventeen (17) nominal tons of cooling, galvanized steel ductwork, two (2) ductless split system cooling units, three (3) roof mounted exhaust fans and five (5) electric radiant panel ceiling heaters.
