Project Description: Beijer Electronics is an approximately 53,582 square foot office, production and warehouse tenant improvement with eleven (11) new gas/electric rooftop units providing fifty-eight (58) nominal tons of cooling in addition to the separate building VAV system, twenty-two (22) VAV boxes with hot water reheat, installation of galvanized steel ductwork and DDC temperature controls.
