Project Description: Blender Bottle is a global leader in the health and fitness industry and their facility consists of 108,170 square feet with two levels of offices and a warehouse space. The mechanical systems for the office areas consist of a VAV (variable air volume) system providing a total of one hundred sixty (160) tons of nominal cooling and thirty eight (38) fan-powered VAV boxes with a direct digital control system and one (1) computer room system. The exercise facility consists of two (2) constant volume packaged gas/electric rooftop units and the warehouse consisted of twelve (12) unit heaters, four (4) radiant tube heaters, four (4) destratification fans and one (1) battery exhaust system.
