Project Description: Dannon is an office and warehouse tenant improvement. The mechanical systems includes two (2) packaged rooftop units with a galvanized ductwork distribution providing eight (8) nominal tons of cooling, ten (10) exhaust fans, one ductless split system cooling unit, relocation of six (6) gas fired unit heaters, two (2) louvers, three (3) electric wall heaters and one (1) battery exhaust system.
