Project Description: Denton House is a 9,900 square foot tenant improvement providing corporate office space for the Denton House Design Studio at the Holladay Village Plaza. The mechanical system for this project includes galvanized steel duct air distribution for existing rooftop units providing thirty-nine (39) nominal tons of cooling and seven (7) new exhaust fans. This project also includes an additional 3,734 square feet of new showroom space for the Denton House Design Studio.
