Project Description: Eugene Trucking is an 8,100 square foot maintenance and office building. The mechanical system consists of four (4) gas/electric rooftop units providing sixteen (16) nominal tons of cooling, one (1) ducted split system furnace with 2 nominal tons of cooling, seven (7) exhaust fans, two (2) gas fired unit heaters and two (2) radiant tube heaters.
