Project Description: Haemonetics is a 153,780 square foot tenant improvement for a blood products company. The mechanical system consists of fourteen (14) packaged gas/electric rooftop units providing two hundred and eighty (280) nominal tons of cooling, twenty-seven (27) destratification fans, galvanized steel duct distribution system and an Alerton automated temperature control system. DB Mechanical was responsible for all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural, temperature controls and engineering required to provide a turn-key project.
