Project Description: H&E Equipment Services is a service and maintenance facility comprised of two buildings totaling 56,385 square feet of office and shop space. The office mechanical systems consist of six (6) gas fired rooftop units, two (2) roof mounted exhaust fans, four (4) ceiling exhaust fans, four (4) natural gas fired unit heaters and two (2) electric wall heaters. Each of the shop/maintenance buildings has two (2) rooftop ventilation fans, two (2) intake hoods and sixteen (16) natural gas fired radiant tube heaters.
