Project Description: Hon is a 7,100 square foot tenant improvement for a global office furniture company. The mechanical system consists of five (5) gas/electric rooftop units providing twenty-one (21) nominal tons of cooling, galvanized steel ductwork, one (1) electric baseboard heater, five (5) exhaust fans and one (1) ductless split system cooling unit.
