Project Description: Honnen Equipment is a 59,000 square foot office and service facility consisting of nine (9) gas/electric rooftop units with a combined total of forty-seven (47) nominal cooling tons, eight (8) evaporative coolers and interlocking relief hoods, thirteen (13) exhaust systems, twenty (20) gas-fired radiant tube heaters and eight (8) gas-fired unit heaters.
