Project Description: Lear & Lear is an approximately 9,000 square foot office remodel/upgrade for the office space. The mechanical systems for this project includes installation and modification of galvanized steel ductwork for existing heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. In addition, this project includes one (1) new rooftop unit and five ducted (5) split systems providing nineteen (19) nominal tons of cooling, nine (9) ceiling exhaust fans, two (2) electric wall heaters and four (4) louvers.
