Project Description: Lehi City Power Generation Plant is a 62,353 square foot facility with office, warehouse, shop and power generation areas. The office mechanical systems include eleven (11) packaged gas/electric rooftop units providing sixty-two nominal tons of cooling, galvanized steel ductwork, five (5) roof mounted exhaust fans, four (4) ductless split system cooling units, three (3) electric cabinet heaters, piping and plumbing. The warehouse, shop and power generation mechanical systems include four (4) roof mounted ventilation fans, nine (9) evaporative coolers, six (6) relief hoods, eleven (11) gas fired unit heaters, two (2) electric unit heaters, piping, plumbing and gas detection.
