Project Description: Lindon Tech Center Buildings A & B are office/warehouse structures. Both buildings have 84,884 square feet of floor space to accommodate future tenant occupancy. The heating system for each building consists of ten (10) gas fired unit heaters and one (1) electric wall heater. Roof curbs and exhaust vents were installed for future tenant occupancy.
