Project Description: Lowe’s of Spanish Fork, Utah is a 111,604 square foot tilt-up mercantile building. The mechanical system consists of seventeen (17) gas/electric rooftop units providing one-hundred and seventy-six (176) nominal tons of cooling, galvanized ductwork, three (3) exhaust fans, four (4) air curtains and one (1) gas-fired unit heater.
