Project Description: Northrop Grumman was a 30,000 square foot tenant improvement project providing corporate office space for a leading global security company at the Ogden Gateway Center. This was a fast-track project, 5 weeks from fabrication to finish with the installation of 32,000 pounds of ductwork. There were six (6) 3-ton nominal cooling ductless split systems installed for the IT/Server room.
