Project Description: Pearson Tire is an 80,077 square foot warehouse, office and auto repair shop. The mechanical systems include twelve (12) gas fired unit heaters, two (2) gas fired radiant tube heaters, one (1) electric unit heater, three (3) exhaust fans, one (1) split system furnace with a coil and condensing unit, galvanized steel ductwork, and complete plumbing and piping systems.
