Project Description: The Pluralsight tenant improvement was over 38,000 square feet of new office space at the Station Park complex in Farmington, Utah. The VRF mechanical system included the installation of twenty-three (23) ducted fan coils with eighty-four (84) tons of nominal cooling with an additional four (4) ductless split system cooling units for the audio/visual and electrical rooms. The lunchroom consisted of one (1) kitchen exhaust system including stainless steel exhaust ductwork, exhaust fan, stainless steel hood, alarms and fire suppression system.
