Project Description: Rocky Mountain Power is an 11,480 square foot office building. The office mechanical system is comprised of a seven (7) electric heat/electric cooling rooftop units providing thirty-two (32) nominal tons of cooling, galvanized steel ductwork, seven (7) roof mounted exhaust fans, one (1) ductless split system cooling unit, three(3) electric unit heaters and two (2) intake hoods and complete plumbing and piping. In addition to the new office building, mechanical improvements were performed for the existing vehicle/equipment maintenance shop including replacement of two (2) electric heat makeup air units, ten (10) evaporative coolers, four (4) relief hoods, two (2) intake hoods, complete plumbing and piping.
