Project Description: South Jordan MOB is an 11,000 square medical office building located in South Jordan, Utah. The mechanical systems consist of ten (10) gas/electric rooftop units providing thirty-six (36) nominal tons of cooling, eight (8) roof mounted exhaust fans, one (1) transfer fan, one (1) multi-zone ductless mini-split heat pump, one (1) steam humidifier, galvanized steel ductwork and one (1) electric wall heater.
