Project Description: Telos is a 67,032 square foot residential treatment facility. The mechanical system consists of twenty-three (23) gas/electric rooftop units providing a total of one hundred and eighty-five (185) nominal tons of cooling, over 62,000 pounds of galvanized steel ductwork, three hundred and sixty feet (360’) of fabric duct for the gymnasium area, forty-five (45) exhaust fans and eight (8) electric wall heaters.
