Project Description: ThermoWorks is a 79,550 square foot office, manufacturing and distribution facility consisting of twenty (20) gas/electric rooftop units with a combined total of eighty nine (89) nominal cooling tons and over 22,000 pounds of ductwork, three (3) high volume low speed destratification fans, one (1) stainless steel kitchen exhaust hood and stainless steel exhaust duct, ten (10) gas-fired unit heaters and three (3) gas-fired radiant tube heaters.
