Project Description: The UPS Distribution is an 861,582 square foot facility including 833,200 square feet of distribution, a 21,300 square foot truck maintenance shop and a 7,000 square foot dual truck wash. The office mechanical systems are comprised of thirty-five (35) gas/electric rooftop units providing one-hundred-fifty-one (151) nominal tons of cooling. The distribution building and maintenance shop consist of fourteen (14) exhaust systems, three (3) Liebert data room units, three-hundred-thirty-three (333) truck coolers, three (3) ductless split systems and seventeen (17) make-up air units totaling over 1,250,000 cfm of tempered air.
