Project Description: Veterans Trading Company is a 7,600 square foot tenant improvement providing office space in the Pacific Landing V building. The mechanical systems for this project includes galvanized steel duct air distribution for four (4) rooftop units providing twenty-three (23) nominal tons of cooling and three (3) humidifiers.
