Project Description: Weldon Commercial Buildings A & B are office/warehouse structures for future tenant occupancy. Buildings A & B have a total of 115,039 square feet of floor space for future tenants. The building shells are heated with fourteen (14) gas fired unit heaters. Additional roof curbs and exhaust vents were installed on both buildings for future tenant occupancy.
